Your return will be processed within 2-4 days of receiving the package. A refund, replacement or credit will then be issued.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. This expiry date is set and cannot be altered. The gift voucher expiration date will be stated on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be used after the expiry date.
If an appointment cannot be found before the expiration date and inadequate notice has been given, then the voucher will be void.
Vouchers cannot be post-dated. Unused voucher values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date. Gift vouchers can be redeemed against treatments at Holistic Elements with the exception of treatments provided by visiting therapists. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against products. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons or cards. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities. If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. If you suspect an unauthorised activity, immediately report this to Holistic Elements providing all details including proof of purchases. Holistic Elements reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. Gift voucher for Holistic Elements cannot be redeemed anywhere else and remains the property of Holistic Elements.
Your order will be packaged by us and delivered by Royal Mail. Depending on your location this will usually take 1-3 days. Please note that we do not ship orders outside of the UK at present. Postal charges will apply for orders under £100 and are charged may vary, per weight per order. Orders valued at £100 and over will be delivered free of charge.
If there is an issue, damage, missing item or fault with any item that has been purchased from us, the above some of the above terms may not apply; please contact us at ann@holisticelements.uk

If we believe that the item has been intentionally damaged we reserve the right to refuse the return, and will send the item back to you. If an item has been damaged in transit, please take a clear photograph (if possible) of the damage to the packaging and product. Providing us with a photograph will greatly increase resolution speed. All reports of issue or fault must be reported to us within a reasonable time. Under no circumstance must you dispose of any damaged product before first contacting us. In situations where you are unable to recover the disposed item, we will be unable to arrange a refund or replacement.
